The best fall pasta recipe
- 360 g Borges penne
- 1 spring onion
- 200 g button mushrooms (or your favorite mushrooms)
- 150 g peeled shrimp
- 2 tablespoons Borges apple cider vinegar
- A splash of Borges extra virgin olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- Pepper to taste
- A few leaves of fresh basil
Step by step
For the sauce, brown the spring onion in extra virgin olive oil in a deep saucepan and then add the mushrooms and prawns. Cook them for a few minutes, pour in the apple cider vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and continue cooking for a while longer, stirring constantly.
Add the pasta to the pan, stir and cook everything together for a few minutes. Garnish with basil leaves.
