Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, about 2 cm thick
- 2 tablespoons Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the balsamic glaze
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar of Modena
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- A pinch of black pepper
Step by step

Step 1
Take the pork chops out of the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking. Season them with extra virgin olive oil, chopped garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Prepare the glaze by mixing the balsamic vinegar, honey, and mustard with a pinch of pepper. Set aside. -
Step 3
Heat a frying pan or a grill pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Cook the chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown but still juicy on the inside. -
Step 4
In the last minute of cooking, brush the chops with the balsamic glaze so that it caramelizes slightly without burning.

Remove from the heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
