Preheat the oven to 160 ºC.

Lime cake
Ingredients
- 3 limes (preferably organic)
- 185 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 120 g melted butter
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 3 beaten eggs
- ½ sachet baking powder
- 6 tbsp Borges Natura walnut drink
- Icing sugar
- A little Borges light olive oil to grease the cake tin
Final touch:
- 400 gr light cream cheese
- 200 gr of butter
- 125 gr sugar
- 2 grated limes
- 1 lime for decoration

Step 2
Squeeze the 3 limes and add the zest of half a lime to the juice. Add 25 g sugar and blend. Transfer to a large bowl.

Add the flour, melted butter, yogurt, the rest of the sugar, the beaten eggs, the baking powder and the Borges Natura walnut drink. Mix together thoroughly.

Pour the mixture into a round cake tin greased with olive oil. Bake for 1 hour at 160 ºC.

For the final touch:
Prepare the frosting with the cream cheese, butter and sugar. Add 2 grated limes. Cover the whole cake with this mixture, and finish with lime wedges on top.
