Mediterranean salad with kale served in a wooden bowl


  • 1 curly kale
  • 2 medium-sized ripe tomatoes
  • 1 spring onion
  • A handful of black olives
  • 1 tin of tuna
  • 100 g fresh cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil Borges

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Wash the curly kale and arrange in a bowl. Chop the tomatoes into chunks and add to the bowl, together with the spring onion, tuna, cubed fresh cheese and black olives, either sliced or left whole.

  2. Step 2

    Make a vinaigrette with extra-virgin olive oil, wine vinegar and a pinch of salt and dress the salad. Top off with some fresh basil (optional).
