Fry the onion in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil. When it is golden brown, add the chicken cut into very small cubes and then the mushrooms.

- Two chicken breasts in cubes
- 400 g of mushrooms
- One onion
- Grated gruyère cheese
- Borges Extra virgin olive oil

Place the mixture in a mold covered with Gruyère cheese and bake at 180º for 10-12 minutes.
