Ingredients

  • 300 g pitted black olives
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5 sundried tomatoes
  • 8 basil leaves
  • Borges extra virgin olive oil

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    In a food processor, blend the olives, garlic, sundried tomatoes and basil until a thick paste forms. 

  2. Step 2

    Slowly add the extra virgin olive oil as you continue to blend the mixture until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
