An Italian caprese salad with tomato and mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 400 g mozzarella
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 50 g basil leaves
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
  • A drizzle of Borges extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Wash the tomatoes, then dry and slice them into semicircles. Slice the mozzarella.

  2. Step 2

    Arrange the slices in a line on a tray, alternating the tomato and the mozzarella. Wash, dry and tear the basil leaves and sprinkle on top.

  3. Step 3

    Finally, a drizzle of Borges extra virgin olive oil, and you got it!
