Wash the tomatoes, then dry and slice them into semicircles. Slice the mozzarella.
An original Caprese salad
- 400 g mozzarella
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 50 g basil leaves
- 50 g chopped walnuts
- A drizzle of Borges extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Step by step
Arrange the slices in a line on a tray, alternating the tomato and the mozzarella. Wash, dry and tear the basil leaves and sprinkle on top.
