Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
Pasta with spinach and gorgonzola
- 400 g Borges penne
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 140 g gorgonzola
- A splash of Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- Salt and pepper
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml whole milk or almond milk
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
Step by step
In a deep pan, brown the onion in extra-virgin olive oil. Add the spinach and cook everything together for a few minutes.
Add the gorgonzola and, once it melts, add the cream and the milk or nut milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the sauce for a few minutes and, once it’s ready, add the pasta.
Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
