Peach and Burrata Salad

A refreshing dish, perfect for hot days, and very easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 2 firm, ripe peaches
  • A handful of arugula or baby greens
  • 1 large burrata
  • 6-8 fresh basil leaves
  • A handful of chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Borges balsamic vinegar of Modena
  • 3 tablespoons Borges extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Wash and slice the peaches into thin wedges. You can also sear them in a pan or grill them until lightly browned.

  2. Step 2

    Lay a bed of arugula or baby greens on a large plate and arrange the peach wedges on top.

  3. Step 3

    Place the burrata at the center of the salad.

  4. Step 4

    Add the basil leaves and some chopped walnuts.
