Ingredients

  • 2 plantains
  • 1 liter of Borges Classic Olive Oil
  • A pinch of salt

Classic Olive oil

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Peel the plantains and cut them into very thin slices.

  2. Step 2

    Heat 1 liter of Borges Classic Olive Oil in a frying pan or saucepan. Add the plantain slices and fry until they are golden brown and crispy.

  3. Step 3

    Drain them on a layer of paper towels and add salt to taste.
