Rice salad


  • 200 g white rice
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 50 g pickles
  • 280 g corn
  • 140 g tuna

For the sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Borges apple cider vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons Borges extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Cook the rice and leave to cool (or rinse under cold water). Add the chopped onion and tomatoes and sliced pickles. Add the corn and shredded tuna. 

  2. Step 2

    Mix the remaining ingredients together to make a smooth sauce. Add to the rice. Stir and leave to cool in the fridge.
