Cook the rice and leave to cool (or rinse under cold water). Add the chopped onion and tomatoes and sliced pickles. Add the corn and shredded tuna.

- 1 red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 50 g pickles
- 280 g corn
- 140 g tuna
For the sauce:
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Borges apple cider vinegar
- 5 tablespoons Borges extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
