Quick and easy salmon with pistachios
- 6 salmon steaks
- Two teaspoonfuls of Borges extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 onions
- 70 g pistachios
- Salt and pepper
- A pinch of dill
Step by step
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Peel and chop up the pistachios.
Arrange the onions and salmon on an oven tray and sprinkle the chopped (not ground) pistachios on top, together with the dill.
Drizzle the extra-virgin olive oil on top and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 ºC.
