Spaghetti with Gorgonzola and Olives
Ingredients
- 200 g Borges spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 g gorgonzola cheese
- 50 g pitted black olives, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- A few basil leaves for garnishing

Step 1
Cook the spaghetti following the manufacturer’s instructions, until it is al dente.

Dice the garlic and brown it in a deep frying pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add the gorgonzola and stir until it melts down to form a creamy sauce. Add the olives and mix well for one minute.
