Cook the spaghetti following the instructions on the packet.
Spaghetti with pecorino and pepper
- 400 g Borges spaghetti
- 100 g pecorino cheese
- 2 tbsp Borges extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
Step by step
When cooked, drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and then sprinkle with grated pecorino, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Top off with a little more pecorino.
