Borges - vegan mashed potatoes


  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 l of Water
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 150 ml Borges Natura walnut drink

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Cook the peeled potatoes in boiling water with salt and two tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. When cooked, transfer the potatoes to a bowl with a little of the cooking water and crush them with a fork. Add the walnut drink until the puree is thick.
    If necessary, rectify with water until the desired thickness is reached. Grind salt and pepper to taste. Dress with a dash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil when serving.
