YOGHOURT AND CUCUMBER SOUP (TAPATOP)
- 500gr yoghourt
- 1 cucumber
- 1 spoonful of Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 spoonful of Borges ground Walnuts
- 1 sprig of dill
Step by step
In a blender, mix the garlic with cucumber, yogurt, water and olive oil. Blend it until smooth. Add the walnuts, olive oil and salt to taste and mix it well.
