  • 12 whole chicken wings chopped in two parts
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of Borges extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Borges apple cider vinegar
  • Salt, pepper and garlic powder

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Clean the wings and cut small incisions in the meatiest parts, so the honey sauce you are going to prepare gets absorbed better.

  2. Step 2

    For the sauce, mix the soy, honey, ketchup, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar. Pour a little salt on the wings (but only a little) and sprinkle them with pepper and garlic powder. Spread the sauce on the wings and let them marinate for at least 2 hours, covered and in the cold.

  3. Step 3

    After this, arrange them in an oven tray, leaving space between them. After preheating the oven to 200 ºC, put them in for 20 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Remove them, spread the sauce on them again and turn them over, so that they cook on the other side. Put them back in the oven and let them bake for another 20 minutes.
