Cook the pasta following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Creamy pasta salad
- 360 g Borges penne
- 1 small head of broccoli
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 spring onion
- 100 g Borges black olives
- 60 g mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Borges apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- A pinch of sugar
Step by step
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar and sugar.
Add the pasta to the mixture and stir well.
Add the sliced vegetables, mix well, and add salt to taste if necessary.
