A salad to take the world… GOOOOOO!
- 1 bowl of mixed leaves
- 1 handful of finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 handful of finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 handful of finely chopped fresh coriander
- 1 medium-sized avocado, cubed
- 6 radishes, sliced
- 1 teaspoonful of chopped almonds
- 1 dash of Borges Classic olive oil
- 1 dash of lime juice
Step by step
Arrange the mixed leaves and herbs in a bowl, together with the avocado and radishes. Add the chopped almonds and mix together well.
Make a vinaigrette using the Borges Classic olive oil and lime juice and dress the salad.
