Oat pancakes


  • ¾ cup milk (2%)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Borges extra light olive oil for greasing the pan

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Combine the milk, eggs, banana, oats, yeast, and salt in a blender. Blend until fully mixed. 

  2. Step 2

    Heat the skillet over medium heat. Grease the pan with olive oil. 

  3. Step 3

    Pour about ¼ cup of the batter into the pan and cook for about 2 minutes, until it begins to bubble and the edges are firm. 

  4. Step 4

    Flip the pancake over and cook for another minute.
