Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
Almond and berry tart
- 300 g mixed berries
- 60 ml Borges extra light olive oil
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 50 g ground almonds
- 1 egg
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 1 pie crust
Step by step
Set the pie crust in a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.
In a large bowl, make the almond cream by mixing the olive oil, sugar, ground almonds and egg. Mix until smooth and creamy. Pour the almond cream over the crust and bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
Meanwhile, wash and drain the berries.
Once the tart base is done baking, let it cool completely before arranging the berries on top of the almond cream. It’s ready to serve!
