Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
Pasta with Kale and Chicken
- 320 g Borges penne
- 100 g kale
- 1 medium onion
- 2 chicken breasts cut into strips
- Salt and pepper
- A pinch of ground cloves
- A pinch of fresh dill
- Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 80 g grated Parmesan cheese
Step by step
Lay out the kale leaves on a baking sheet and carefully drizzle them with extra-virgin olive oil using a brush. Bake at 200 ºC for about 15 minutes, until crispy.
In a deep pan, brown the onion in extra-virgin olive oil. Add the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Add the cloves and dill.
Add the pasta to the pan with the chicken, mix everything well and serve the dish topped with the crispy kale and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
