Penne with salmon served with vinaigrette

Eating healthily is in our own hands!


  • 200 g penne
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • A handful of walnuts
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • ½ apple in thin slices

For the vinaigrette:

  • Borges extra-virgin olive oil
  • A spoonful of honey
  • A pinch of mustard

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Boil the penne following the instructions on the packet until the pasta is cooked al dente.

  2. Step 2

    Leave the penne to cool and then add the salmon (in bite-sized chunks), cheese, apple and walnuts. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Step 3

    Make a vinaigrette with a dash of extra-virgin olive oil, a spoonful of honey and a pinch of mustard. Add to the pasta salad, stir well and decorate with some fresh basil leaves.
