Season the breasts and marinate them for a couple of hours wuth the mixture of lemon juice, honey, vinegar and oil.
Roasted chicken breasts
- Two whole chicken breasts cut into two pieces
- Three tablespoons of honey
- A splash of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Two tablespoons of lemon peel aromatic oil
- Two tablespoons of Borges Modena balsamic vinegar
Step by step
Remove, and bake for about 10-12 minutes at 180º.
Halfway through cooking, open the oven for a moment to sprinkle the breasts with a part of the marinade juice, to prevent them from drying out.
