Roasted chicken breasts recipe served on a slate plate


  • Two whole chicken breasts cut into two pieces
  • Three tablespoons of honey
  • A splash of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Two tablespoons of lemon peel aromatic oil
  • Two tablespoons of Borges Modena balsamic vinegar

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Season the breasts and marinate them for a couple of hours wuth  the mixture of lemon juice, honey, vinegar and oil.

  2. Step 2

    Remove, and bake for about 10-12 minutes at 180º.

  3. Step 3

    Halfway through cooking, open the oven for a moment to sprinkle the breasts with a part of the marinade juice, to prevent them from drying out.
