The sexiest pasta dish for Valentine’s Day!


  • 200 g Borges spaghetti
  • 14 large prawns (frozen)
  • 20 g Borges extra-virgin olive oil
  • 100 ml single cream (we can also replace it with Borges vegetable drinks)
  • 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper
  • A pinch of saffron

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Wash the lime, grate the zest and put by. Squeeze the juice out of the lime and put by.

  2. Step 2

    Cook the spaghetti in boiling water as indicated on the packet. Fry the prawns in a frying pan with the extra-virgin olive oil and pinch of saffron for about 2 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Add the lime zest and salt and pepper to taste. Stir for a minute and then add the single cream and lime juice. Gently mix all the ingredients together and cook for a further 5 minutes over a low heat.

  4. Step 4

    Strain the pasta and serve on individual plates. Add the prawns and sauce on top.
