Vegan vegetable brochettes served in a dish


  • 1 medium broccoli
  • 2 thick carrots
  • 2 small courgettes
  • 100 g runner beans
  • 1 green pepper

For the sauce

  • 100 ml Borges extra-virgin olive oil
  • 30 ml Borges Modena balsamic vinegar
  • 80 g toasted sesame seeds
  • A pinch of oregano
  • A pinch of tarragon
  • A pinch of nutmeg

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Cut all the vegetables into thick chunks and pierce with the skewer. Make up four brochettes with a varied mixture of vegetables. Add salt and a pinch of pepper.

  2. Step 2

    Steam the brochettes for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on how crunchy you like your vegetables.

  3. Step 3

    To make the sauce, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and then pour into individual bowls so that everyone has their own dip. Alternatively, you could pour the sauce over the brochettes and serve on a platter.
