Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package until it is al dente.
Cheesy Baked Pasta with Mushrooms
- 320 g Borges fusilli
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 300 g mushrooms, washed and sliced
- A pinch of fresh rosemary
- 50 g flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 350 ml vegetable broth
- 200 g mozzarella
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A splash of Borges extra virgin olive oil
Step by step
In a deep pan, brown the onion and garlic in extra-virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms. Season to taste and add the fresh rosemary. If necessary, pour off the water from the mushrooms as they cook.
Add the flour and butter, stir well and cook for a few minutes.
Pour in the vegetable broth and cook over low heat for a few minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Place the pasta in a baking pan, cover it with the sauce, a layer of mozzarella and a layer of Parmesan and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 ºC.
