Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream


  • 200 g strawberries
  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • 4 tablespoons Borges Natura walnut milk

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Clean and slice the strawberries, peel and chop the bananas and put the fruit in the freezer for a minimum of 12 hours. 

  2. Step 2

    Beat the ingredients together in a powerful blender with the almond milk. It will take a while to get the desired texture and for the ingredients to be fully blended. Add more almond milk if you want a smoother and lighter ice cream. 

  3. Step 3

    Serve topped with chopped fruit and nuts if you like.
